Stallholders at the festival have a unique opportunity to provide products and services to members of the metal working community and the general public. The WBMAA is seeking organisations and individuals interested in running stalls in the following areas:

Metalworking Services / Handcrafted Metal Art / Blacksmithing Equipment & Supplies / Metalworking Equipment & Supplies / Food & Beverages

All stall holders are required to have Professional Indemnity Insurance for a value upto $10M and a copy of the current policy will need to be presented to the WBMAA.

All food traders will need to register with Streatrader

Time table

  • Stall Set-up: Friday 12th May (9am-5pm)
  • Trading Hours: Sat 13 May (10am-6pm) & Sun 14 May (10am-4pm)
  • Stall Pack-up: Sunday 14 May (4pm-7pm)

Stall Holder Site Fees & Infrastructure Hire Fees

Description Fees
Site Fee: Commercial Equipment/Services/Food Vendors $400
Site Fee: Hand crafted Metal Art Businesses $200
Site Fee: Handcrafted metal art business conducting scheduled demonstrations & or talks during festival $100

Site fees cover the allocation of a space at the festival.

*Note: Additional fees may apply for high power consumption equipment. Amperage draw needs to be provided.
